Elevation Pitch 說服創投
Elevation Pitch 是一個創業界的術語,意思是在很短的時間內對可能的投資者進行商業提案簡報。這個用語的來源是因為很創業者需要資金,但是大金主們(或是創投)並沒有時間聽他們這些nobody簡報。因此沒沒無名創業者必須能在這些金主等電梯、搭電梯的時間內說服他們踢一些錢進來。要在這段不超過三分鐘的時間內講清楚自己在做什麼business,然後讓他相信眼前這個陌生人真的會帶給他賺錢的機會並不容易。所以這種演講已經演變成一種思想訓練,不但是為了說服他人,elevation pitch 的練習幫助我們自己釐清什麼是自己的business plan中最重要的。
Elevation pitch 可以檢驗一個點子是否合邏輯,是否可以把龐大複雜的事情整理成有輕重先後的階層架構,能否把握問題的核心重點。Elevation pitch 是一種說話以及邏輯的訓練。可以讓一個人的講話切中問題,減少溝通干擾以及時間浪費。
Elevation pitch 的內容架構大致上像這樣:
I. Who Who are you? Your vision?
II. What Market needs
III. Who Who needs/ Who pays
VI. How Your product/ service
V. Why Why invest you
通常邏輯會帶領思緒前進,因此一個易懂的演講通常也是一個富有邏輯的演講。
然後可以再進一步對每一點思考。

I. What what is the need
II. Who Who needs/ Who pays
How how big is the market, and how big you share
How the potential of the market growth
III.How Your product/ service
how marketing plan
why why you are the best solution
why why it is the right time to invest
how how much money you need
how how much revenue I gain
when when can I get my money back
IV. Why Why invest you
who characteristics of your team members. expertise, experience, personality
what what do you have (人脈、技術、決心), what do you pay for this company.
who threats, advantage, position of your company in the industry
演講很重要的一點是,搞清楚自己的聽眾是誰,對不同的聽眾應該要採取不同的策略。演講的內容也應該要有很大的不同。以上是我自己的想法,
